Basic requirements
- The manuscript must be the author’s original work and must not duplicate previously published work.
- It must be submitted only to CGPR and not be under review, accepted or in press elsewhere.
- Include a separate cover page with author information and a 60–80 word biography.
- Submit the manuscript in Microsoft Word format.
Publication categories
Research brief
7,000–10,000 words excluding references. Include literature review, theoretical and analytical framing, and sufficient supporting data.
Policy analysis
5,000–7,000 words. Analyse significant events or offer well-reasoned interpretations based on local information and data.
Book chapter
Provide the chapter title, authors, abstract, five to six keywords and complete manuscript.
Book proposal
Provide the proposed title, authors, description and proposal manuscript.
Manuscript preparation
- Abstract: fewer than 125 words, followed by five to six keywords.
- Use Times New Roman, 12-point, double spacing and left alignment.
- Use British English and SI units.
- Follow Chicago Manual of Style, 17th edition, author-date referencing.
- Supply details required by funding and grant-awarding bodies on the title page.
